Now a days in this time of modern era peoples are very busy in jobs , business , meetings and all other family and social activities . no body have time to take care of self health also , and that resulting in to increasing body weight and health problems .
so if we take little bit of precautions that can save our life from many of the deseases related to body , food and health .
there are few very important ways to loose weight and be free from any type of desease.
- Always make and follow the proper meal descipline .
- Have breakfast on fixed time usually before 9 AM .
- Breakfast must be heavy with fruits and juice .
- Hot , warm water early in the morning when get up at least half ltr.
- Exercise daily early in the morning .

- Avoid any type of cold drinks.
- Sleep well .
- Take adequate and well rest .

- Use fasting 2 to 4 times in a month.

- Maximum use of liquids.
- Be continues to any of activity like exercise and all.
- Eat when you feel hungry .
- Never take overdose meals.
- Avoid beer and liquor.

- Make your own self made rules for health and follow them strictly.
