Important ways to loose weight

Now a days in this time of modern era peoples are very busy in jobs , business , meetings and all other family and social activities . no body have time to take care of self health also , and that resulting in to increasing body weight and health problems .
so if we take little bit of precautions that can save our life from many of the deseases related to body , food and health .
there are few very important ways to loose weight and be free from any type of desease.

  1. Always make and follow the proper meal descipline .
  2. Have breakfast on fixed time usually before 9 AM .
  3. Breakfast must be heavy with fruits and juice .
  4. Hot , warm water early in the morning when get up at least half ltr.
  5. Exercise daily early in the morning .
  6. Eat low carb foods.
  7. Avoid junk foods.
  8. Avoid any type of cold drinks.
  9. Sleep well .
  10. Take adequate and well rest .
  11. Avoid stress as you can.
  12. Use fasting 2 to 4 times in a month.
  13. Supplements regarding vitamins and protins .
  14. Maximum use of cearels .
  15. Maximum use of green vegetables.
  16. Maximum use of liquids.
  17. Be continues to any of activity like exercise and all.
  18. Eat when you feel hungry .
  19. Never take overdose meals.
  20. Avoid beer and liquor.
  21. Use tea in limits , it reduces diet.
  22. Make a check up chart and monitor your health.
  23. Make your own self made rules for health and follow them strictly.
  24. drink adequate water.
  25. Avoid water before and after meal for minimum 30 minuts.
  26. Never take a sigle type of food for a long time .
  27. Continue process of following yog and pranayam.
  28. Avoid continuous sitting on chair .
  29. Make your thinking and mind strong that thiese steps will help you.
  30. Follow these all steps wisely , intelligently and strictly .
