महिला सशक्तिकरण 

शिवाजी ने एक बार गोहर बनू से कहा था

की ------

जिस दिन हमारे देश की ओरते डरना छोड़ देगी 

उस दिन हमारे मुल्क की तरफ ....

कोई देख भी नहीं सकता !

सीना गर्व से फुल जाता हे जब हम किसी से कहते हे की हम हिन्दुस्तानी हे! १२१ करोड़ की जनसँख्या वाला ये मुल्क अपनी अनूठी विशेस्ताओ के लिए काना जाता हे ,सभ्यता,संस्कृति,परिवार  आदि!हम उस मुल्क के वासी हे जहा आज भी नारी में माँ दुर्गा का रूप देखा जाता हे ,जिसकी आराधना राम ने भी लंका पर आक्रमण के समय पहले की थी! एकबार जब महिसासुर के संग्राम में  सारे देवता हार गए थे ,उनका सब कुछ छीन गया था तब उन्होंने भगवन की शरण ली ,आपने सारे अस्त्र-सस्त्र एक जगह रखे और वह अनेको हाथो एवं सिरों वाली माँ दुर्गा प्रकट हुई एवं शेर की सवारी करके महिसासुर का वध किया,एवं महिसासुर मर्दानी कहलाई!मित्रो इस कहानी से में ये कहना चाहता हु की इस देश को मजबूत बनाने के लिए हमारे देश की महिलाओ को एकजुट होकर आगे आकर आपने अधिकारों एवं कर्तव्यो को जानना होगा और ये सब हासिल करने का माध्यम मुझे एक ही नजर आता हे वो हे शिक्षा!पढ़ -लिखा कर शिक्षित होकर ही ये सब मुमकिन हे!इनके लिए हमें आपनी सामाजिक सोच बदलनी बदलकर आगे आना होगा,क्योकि महिलाये शक्तिमयी हे ,इनके पास अधिकार हे,उन्हें हासिल करना होगा ,जिन्होंने पढ़ -लिख कर इनके लिए लड़ाई की उन्होंने हासिल किये,वो आगे बढ़ी !इसी की दें हे की आज हमारे मुल्क के सिर्स पद पर एक महिला असीं हे ,कई राज्यों पर भी महिलाये असीन हे!हमारे मुल्क की सरकार ने भी समय -समय इन्हें मजबूत करने के कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास किये हे ---जेसे-

1. लेंगिक न्याय 
2. व्यक्ति शब्द का अर्थ 
3. स्वीय निधि
4. महिलाओ को भरण-पोषण  भत्ता 
5. गुजारा भत्ता कानून 
6. घरेलु हिंसा अधिनियम 
7. विवाह सम्बन्धी अधिकार 
8. योन अपराध सम्बन्धी कानून 
9. बलात्कार परिक्षण  सम्बंधित कानून 
10. दहेज़ सम्बंधित कानून 
11. कम करने की जगह पर छेड़छाड़ सम्बंधित कानून  
12. स्वतंत्रता एवं समानता 
13. लिंग परिक्षण-वैधानिक रूप से प्रतिबंधित 
14. कन्या भ्रूण ह्त्या-एक अपराध 
15. अंतररास्ट्रीय महिला दिवस का मनाया जाना  

दोस्तों हम सब जानते हे की हम २१ सदी में पहुच रहे हे!लेंगिग न्याय की दिशा में कोशीश की जाये तो बहुत कुछ किया जा सकता हे!केवल कानून बनाना, कानून की बाते करना एवं आन्दोलन करना ही काफी नहीं हे,इसके लिए हमें आपनी सामाजिक सोच को बदलना बेहद जरुरी हे!फिर भी यदि हम लेंगिग न्याय एवं समानता का सपना देखते हे तो ..दोस्तों आज नहीं तो कल ,कल नहीं तो परसों जरुर वहा हम   

                                                    मित्रो आगे आये भारत देश गावो का देश हे ,हमें सुरुआत गावो से ही करनी पड़ेगी ,आगे आये, आपनी जिम्मेदारी समझे  आपनी जगह पर जरुर कुछ करे!

A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted. As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car.

Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautifully wrapped gift box. Curious, and somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man's name embossed in gold. Angry, he shouted at his father and said "with all your money, you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house.

Many years passed and the young man had become very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father now was getting old, and thought perhaps he should go see him. He had not seen him since that graduation day.

Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care of things.

When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search through his father's important papers and saw the still gift-wrapped Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages.

His father had carefully underlined a verse, Matt.7:11, "And if ye, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Heavenly Father which is in Heaven, give to those who ask Him?" As he read those words, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had wanted. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words PAID IN FULL.

पहली बार दो राहो का मिलना था,

कुदरत को मिलाने का बहाना खोजना  था!

चलती हवा में एक सन्देश का आना था,

दिल के सन्देश का दिल तक पहुचना था !

फोन एवं सन्देश तो ज़माने का एक बहाना था,

दो राहों के लिए मोहब्बत का एक तरीका था!

रातो को ख्वाबो में आना एवं जगाना था,

मेरी उजड़ी हुई जिन्दगी के रंगों को सजाना था!

मेरे पतझड़ जीवन में सावन तुम्हे लाना था,

मेरे बुजे जीवन के दीपक में लोह तुम्हे जगाना था!

मेरे जीवन के कोरे कागज पर नाम तुम्हे लिखना था,

जा रहे बेराह जीवन को राह तुम्हे दिखाना था !

मेरी जिंदगी के हर रोम में बसना एवं इसे महकाना था,

मेरे दिल,प्यार एवं जिंदगी में आकर मेहफूज इसे बनाना था!

The first challenge is the education

SHARE                   The Lack of quality access education is preventing millions of people from escaping the cycle of extreme poverty around the world. Most of the 67.5 million children still out of school are some of the poorest and hardest to reach. More than half of them are girls and most are living in countries in conflict and in rural areas. Although many governments have eliminated the biggest obstacle to enrollment by abolishing school fees, other financial barriers such as uniforms and testing fees still prevent many of the poorest children from enrolling. In addition, for many poor families the long-term benefits of sending their children to school are outweighed by the immediate benefit of sending them to work or keeping them at home to help with chores.specially the girls in the villages are not sending to schools, they are all time busy in house hold works.they are bound  for not to leave the house as the result of lack of education still they are following the old customs.

The main problem is scarcity of teachers,india is facing the problem of 12.5 lacs vacancy of teachers including all posts.to convert the literacy in  quality education these vacancies have to be fulfilled first on priority.

Many countries that have experienced a surge in primary school enrollment have not been able to make adequate investments in quality, such as recruiting and training teachers, expanding classrooms and purchasing materials,poor career guidance,lack of education awareness. Sub-Saharan Africa faces the most pressing need for teachers, with 1.2 million more needed order to reach the goal of universal primary education by 2015. In Madagascar, Mozambique and Sierra Leone, for example, there are more than 80 students in a classroom with one trained teacher. In india there is a 1 teacher for every 40  students,where as in America there is a 1 teacher for every 14 students.As a result of deficiencies like these, learning outcomes across the developing world remain low and many children go through primary school without gaining a minimum level of literacy and math skills. Moreover, in countries where classrooms are crowded, supplies are scarce and the opportunities to move on to secondary school limited, many children drop out before graduating. Primary completion is especially poor in sub-Saharan Africa, where only 70% of children who enter first grade go on to graduate.

The education is the first and main point to keep in mind for any kind of development for a country,let it be the poverty,corruption,development,awareness,etc.

In life, there are enough times when we are disappointed, depressed,failed and annoyed. We don't really have to go looking for them. We have a wonderful world that is full of beauty, light and promise. Why waste time in this world looking for the bad, disappointing or annoying when we can look around us, and see the wondrous things before us! all things ,all commitments and causes of success and failure are depends on the way how we see them. This can be read as "GOD IS NO WHERE" or as "GOD IS NOW HERE" everything depends on how you see it. So think positive always. Thinking positive is the key to your success. Yes its fact that the caliber has to be there,caliber of a human can take him or her to the great height,can  achieve the goal,can do whatever  wants to do,can cross all the obstructions.  my dear friends you must have seen that there are lot many peoples they have achieved their goal by hard work.and some peoples are also working very hard but no joy.what is that ,why it is so……………………the answer is
